Dawn Woolley is currently undertaking research at the Royal
College of Art, London. Her PhD by practice will form an investigation into the
role of food as
fetish in Dutch genre painting; and the impact this could have
on contemporary feminist consumer culture theory.

From their collection of 4595 works by 651 photographers, Kiyosato Museum of Photographic Arts have selected 177 works
by 158 photographers
to showcase the variety of
photographic expressions and the changes seen over 16 year history of the
collection. Included in the selection is ‘The
Doll’s House 1’ by Dawn Woolley, acquired for the collection in
2004.

psychoanalysis, philosophy and feminism.

and introductory text by Darian Leader, a psychoanalyst practising in London.

melancholia and depression'.
